Unity in Pgh - Dr. Paul's Bio

Rev. Dr. Paul Hasselbeck currently serves Unity Institute as Dean, Spiritual Education and Enrichment. He is the author of Point of Power and co-authored Get Over It with Dr. Bil Holton. Paul also edited and updated the textbooks, Metaphysics I and Metaphysics II. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Doctorate in Dental Surgery.

He first became acquainted with Unity during the late 1980’s while living in Puerto Rico. He helped found the only English speaking Unity Church in Puerto Rico. Paul graduated from ministerial training in 1996 and served as the Minister of Pastoral Care and Prayer at Unity Church of Overland Park In Kansas. Prior to his current position, he was a retreat minister with Unity Village Retreats.

Paul enjoys working out, surfing EBay, collecting vintage art pottery, two Yorkshire Terriers (Monet and Macky), an Italian Greyhound, and a small flock of exotic birds ranging from finches to macaws. Paul lives in Kansas City, Missouri with his partner, Martin. Hasselbeckap@unityonline.org
